A little clarity.
A little reassurance.

Straightforward answers to help you explore care at home.

What is domiciliary care?

Domiciliary care means support provided in your own home. It can help you manage daily life while keeping your familiar surroundings, routines and choices. Nova Care Group provides personal care for adults in their own homes.

Who does Nova Care Group support?

Nova Care Group provides personal care to adults under and over 65. We take each person’s needs, preferences, privacy and cultural values into account when discussing suitable support.

How do I arrange a care consultation?

Call our team or prepare an email enquiry through our contact page. Tell us a little about the support you are looking for and your postcode. We can then discuss whether our service is suitable and available.

Can I enquire on behalf of someone else?

Yes. Family members and professional referrers can start a conversation. The person who will receive care should be involved wherever possible, with their wishes and consent respected.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdonshire, East Cambridgeshire, Fenland, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Share your postcode and the support you need so our team can confirm current availability at your address.

How much does care cost?

No rates are published on this website. Ask our team to discuss your needs, availability and the costs of any proposed support before making a decision.

Is Nova Care Group CQC registered?

The Care Quality Commission lists Nova Care Group as a provider registered for personal care. You can view its current registration and service information using the CQC link on this website. Registration should not be interpreted as an inspection rating.

What home care services can I discuss?

Ask about live-in home care, personal care, everyday living support, enabling, respite care, mobility support, companionship and meal preparation. We assess your needs and agree a suitable care plan before support begins.

Can care homes enquire about healthcare assistants?

Yes. Care home managers and representatives can request a consultation about healthcare assistant staffing. Tell us your location, the roles and shifts required, and the support your residents need. Our team will discuss suitability and availability.

How is my care plan reviewed?

We discuss your needs, preferences and goals before care starts. Regular reviews help keep the agreed support relevant as your routines or circumstances change. You and the people you choose to involve can raise questions with our team.

Does live-in care mean someone is awake 24 hours a day?

Live-in care is planned around the support you need, suitable accommodation and appropriate working and rest time. Continuous waking support is a different arrangement. Tell us about daytime and overnight needs so we can discuss an appropriate plan and availability.

Can personal care include medication support?

Medication support is discussed during the needs assessment. The agreed tasks must be recorded in the care plan and provided by staff with the required training and competence. Tell us what help is needed so we can confirm whether it is suitable and available.

Can I choose how personal care is provided?

Your preferences about routines, privacy, communication and cultural values are part of planning care. Tell us what helps you feel comfortable and who you would like involved. We discuss the agreed approach before support begins and review it with you.

What should I tell you when asking about respite care?

Share the location, dates, usual care arrangements and the support needed while a regular carer takes a break. We discuss preferences, a clear handover and current availability before agreeing care.

Does listing my area guarantee care at my address?

Availability is confirmed individually. Your postcode, the support required and proposed arrangements help us check what is currently possible. Contact the team before relying on care being available at a particular address.

Does the contact form send my enquiry automatically?

No. Prepare My Enquiry creates an email draft in your browser. Review the draft and send it from your email app, or copy it into an email to admin@ncgl.co.uk. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. You can also call 0330 133 2177.

What information should I include in an initial enquiry?

Include your name, contact details, the postcode where support is needed and a brief outline of what you want to discuss. Care homes can add the roles and shifts they are seeking. Please leave detailed medical information out of the initial enquiry; our team can explain how to share information needed for assessment.

Can I use this form for an urgent or emergency request?

The form prepares an email draft and does not provide an immediate response or confirm care. If you need to discuss availability promptly, call our team. It is not an emergency service; contact the appropriate emergency service in an emergency.

How do I ask about care job opportunities?

Select Careers on the contact page, or use Enquire About Careers. Tell us your location, the type of work you are interested in and a brief outline of your relevant experience. Ask our team about current opportunities and how to apply.

Where can I find the requirements for a care role?

Role requirements, responsibilities, working arrangements, training and recruitment checks are discussed for each available opportunity. Contact the team to ask what applies to the role you are interested in before submitting an application.

Is a careers enquiry a completed job application?

An initial enquiry starts a conversation. The team will explain whether a suitable opportunity is available and how to complete its recruitment process. Send application documents only through the process the team provides.

Does this website store the information I enter in the form?

The enquiry tool creates a draft in your browser and does not send it to a website database. If you open your email app or send the draft, your email provider and Nova Care Group’s email service handle that information. Ask for the company’s full privacy notice before sharing detailed care information.

How do I request the full care-service privacy notice?

Contact admin@ncgl.co.uk to request Nova Care Group’s full privacy notice or ask a question about your personal information. The website privacy page describes the enquiry tool and website access; the full company notice explains how care-service information is handled.

Can I use the menu and FAQs with a keyboard?

Yes. Use Tab to move between controls. Press Enter on Care Services or the mobile Menu button to open the menu, and Escape to close it. Focus an FAQ question and press Enter or Space to show its answer. A Skip to content link takes you directly to the main page content.

Can I read the website without scroll animations?

Yes. The website follows your device’s reduced-motion setting, so the page content remains available without its reveal animations. You can also enlarge text using your browser. Contact the team if you encounter a barrier.

What if the enquiry form is difficult for me to use?

You can email admin@ncgl.co.uk or call 0330 133 2177. Tell the team about your communication preferences or which part of the website was difficult. You can discuss care and next steps without using the form.
